About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and use of our cloud services among our enterprise customers. This is a unique opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer, working closely with senior leadership to understand their business and technical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, and more.
- Provide technical guidance and advocacy to help customers plan and build solutions using best practices.
- Proactively monitor and maintain customers' AWS environments to ensure operational health.
- Build close relationships with customers to understand their business and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from AWS.
