Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership - Lead and manage a team of sales engineers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process Development - Refine and scale sales engineering processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Solution Development - Develop and deliver product and solution demonstrations to customers and partners.
- Account Planning - Drive the development of account plans for larger clients to increase revenue growth.
- Proposal Development - Develop and deliver solution and customer proposals to customers and partners.
- Thought Leadership - Participate in regional industry events and organizations as a thought leader to promote products and business solutions.
Requirements
- Education - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience - 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering with at least 5 years managing and directing a sales engineering team.
- Skills - Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies, strong customer relationship and people skills, and excellent written communications and presentation skills.
