Systems Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager, Systems Engineering to join our sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Presales Systems Engineers and driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Systems Engineers in educating, consulting, assessing, architecting, and proposing Nutanix solutions to technical decision makers.
- Partner with Regional Directors, sales, product, and engineering teams to bring maximum value to our customers and partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer success.
- Provide coaching and talent development to Systems Engineers to enable them to meet sales targets and work on skills development goals.
- Support Systems Engineers in drafting assessments, preparing complex product specifications, and solving complex problems.
- Establish and maintain a line of communication across the sales organization to ensure collaboration and escalation.
Our Systems Engineering & Solution Sales organization is a team of 800+ customer-focused technical sales professionals who identify and match technology opportunities with customer business issues and objectives. We act in a consultative fashion and are looked to as experts in our field by Nutanix sales, customer success, business partners, and customers.
