Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving sales through our partner channels. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets through strategic upselling, add-on sales, and cross-selling initiatives. You will work closely with a Territory Sales Hub Manager and collaborate with the Inside Sales Team, Partner Management, and Channel Partners to achieve both quarterly and annual objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated sales territory, generating and closing business within these accounts by nurturing existing relationships and developing comprehensive account strategies.
  • Identify and engage C-Level executives and key influencers, understanding their business requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Ensure that the needs of prospects and clients are thoroughly understood and addressed by effectively communicating how Autodesk's solutions can enhance their operations.
  • Achieve sales goals by accurately managing opportunities and forecasting sales performance.
  • Deliver high-quality executive presentations and conduct discovery workshops tailored to your clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with your support team (Customer Success, License Compliance, Technical Sales) in the region to expand sales and increase market presence, engaging relevant teams including presales, consultants, field sales, partners, and services to maximize value for your clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in English.
  • Proven sales experience in the IT/SaaS sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on selling to C-Level executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience in architecture, engineering, or construction is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is beneficial.
