About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in regional marketing, to lead our marketing efforts in Europe. As Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to understand regional dynamics and customer needs.
  • Develop regional go-to-market strategies in line with global goals.
  • Define target market segments and buyer personas.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns with global teams.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets.
  • Adapt global content to regional preferences.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure marketing supports sales goals.
  • Align with product teams on marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with global teams for consistent messaging.
  • Support regional partners with marketing programs.
  • Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Set and track KPIs to measure campaign success.
  • Analyze data to refine marketing strategies.
  • Report performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Implement programs to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Gather and utilize customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a regional or global role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and data analysis.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and culturally aware.
