Team Overview
As a Conversion Optimization Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing our checkout processes across mobile and desktop platforms to boost conversion rates and improve user satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, marketers, and data analysts, to pinpoint opportunities, test hypotheses, and execute design solutions that yield measurable enhancements.
Main Responsibilities:
● Analyze website traffic and user interactions utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
● Refine the conversion funnel and user journey by identifying improvement areas and formulating strategic solutions.
● Streamline the purchasing process to increase conversions, focusing on UI/UX design that eliminates obstacles and creates the most efficient path for visitors to convert.
● Provide actionable insights from testing outcomes and monitor key website performance metrics like bounce rate, time on page, and conversion rates.
● Conduct user research and usability testing, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design modifications.
● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs and business objectives. Your UI skills will shine here.
● Manage a series of CRO experiments, identifying and testing new technologies to boost conversion rates and consumer engagement.
● Optimize critical conversion points in the marketing funnel, enhancing lead-to-customer conversion rates and driving marketing-qualified leads.
● Utilize analytics platforms to track and evaluate test results, developing design, content, and development guidelines based on successful outcomes.
● Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimization or a related role.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and A/B testing platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful conversion optimization initiatives and results.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with an analytical mindset to interpret data and drive design enhancements.
- Knowledge of web development and design principles.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and conversion tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with design systems.
