Job Title: Contracts Manager, Amazon Studios EU

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in London, Paris, Milan, or Madrid. As a key member of our Amazon Studios EU team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our rapidly growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate, document, and manage various television development and production agreements, including short-form individual services agreements.
  • Manage paperwork and legal processes, advising creative, finance, and other internal stakeholders on contractual terms.
  • Manage projects through the right management system and conduct periodic audits to ensure contractual and guild compliance.
  • Assist with legal operations and process improvements and conduct client trainings.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a contracts manager or paralegal.
  • Experience working with third-party contractual relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous in-house legal experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many simultaneous workstreams, clients, and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates good judgment even in ambiguous situations.
