Job Title: Contracts Manager, Studios EU

Mygwork is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in London, Paris, Milan, or Madrid. As a key member of our Amazon Studios team, you will be responsible for negotiating, documenting, and managing various television development and production agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage television development and production agreements, including short-form individual services agreements.
  • Manage paperwork and legal processes, advising creative, finance, and other internal stakeholders on contractual terms.
  • Manage projects through the right management system, ensuring timely completion and compliance with contractual and guild requirements.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure contractual and guild compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Assist with legal operations and process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Conduct client trainings, providing expert guidance on contractual terms and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a contracts manager or paralegal, with a strong background in contract negotiation and management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law or business.
  • Previous in-house legal experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of commercial contracts and business operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, clients, and projects under tight deadlines.
