About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at NCC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales strategies and tactics.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  5. Develop and deliver sales presentations and pitches to secure new business.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership.
  2. Strong understanding of the Spanish market and ability to build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  5. Passionate and enthusiastic approach to work, with a strong sense of accountability and drive to achieve results.
