We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Luxury Reservation Consultant to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our global hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized service to our clients.

Requirements

- Language Skills: Native or proficiency level in German and fluency in English (C1-C2).

- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and respond to guests' needs.
- Customer Service: Solid understanding of service principles and best practices.
- Availability: Must be currently legally entitled to work full-time in Spain, with a flexible schedule and rotating shifts.
Accommodations
- Location: Must be currently legally entitled to work full-time in Spain.
- Working Hours: 39 working hours/week, with rotating schedules and 2 consecutive days off (two weekends off per month guaranteed).
