Job Title: Senior Hospitality ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Architect to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design development of hospitality projects from conceptualization to construction documents. Your expertise in hospitality design, combined with your ability to mentor and manage junior team members, will be invaluable in driving the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:- Lead the design development of hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Develop comprehensive drawing sets, including conceptualization, design development, and construction documents.
- Generate detailed 3D models to enhance the design process and communicate project concepts effectively.
- Apply technical detailing and construction administration expertise to resolve design challenges.
- Communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Professional qualification as an Architect or equivalent overseas qualification.
- 8+ years of professional experience in hospitality design, with expertise in all phases of the design process.
- Experience in the Mediterranean area is preferred.
- A dynamic and social work environment with many social events.
