Job Title: Product Manager - Hospitality Software Job Description: As a Product Manager for our hospitality software, you will be responsible for defining hotel business processes, designing functional systems, and preparing use cases for a cloud-based globally aware solution. You will oversee regionally developed products and 3rd party integrations, relationships, and programs, and be responsible for product release launch and company readiness functions. Your key responsibilities will include: * Gathering and maintaining competitive intelligence * Conducting or assisting with Win/Loss analysis * Specifying and prioritizing regional market and customer requirements for current and future products * Providing deep business research and solution guidance as required by the project development phases * Providing 'product expert' technical assistance to developer/level 3 support, regional sales, and the operational team You will also be responsible for communicating with global representatives on all product requirements, development, and customer-driven needs that are being promoted from our cloud solution and its partners. Requirements: * 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the software industry * 3+ years experience working in the hospitality industry with exposure to multiple departments and/or varying service levels * Experience conducting user research and testing to understand user needs * Experience identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value * Experience developing product roadmaps * Experience working as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment * Demonstrated experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies * Experience documenting and modelling end-user process flows based around user personas and the identification of business entities * Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization * Experience working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team Additional Information: This is a challenging and creative technology environment with a great deal of freedom and responsibility.
