Job Description

SAP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Partner Management Hub, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional partner experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand partner business with SAP
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive joint business planning, sales, and marketing initiatives
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Provide exceptional partner experience through regular engagement, communication, and issue resolution
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, preferably in a sales or business development capacity
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding partner business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
