We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Trainee to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. As an Accounts Payable Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile account receivables and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors to obtain missing documentation and resolve invoice and payment issues
- Monitor and control payments to vendors
- Review and verify pre-booked invoices, including VAT codes
- Verify purchase orders and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Manage Spanish VAT Reports (SII)
- Contribute to the Trainee Scheme at Radisson CSO
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a school program
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of trustworthiness, passion, and integrity
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
