At IT-XY GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy new software and hardware on our test, pre, and production infrastructure
  • Provide user and workstation support, including setup and configuration of computers, printers, and mobile devices
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage and maintain documentation and assets for user scope, including PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, users, groups, mail, phone lines, Windows desktop, software, and more
  • Manage Active Directory users, groups, and devices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process by providing insights gained from customer support interactions
  • Follow company procedures and instructions for Integrated Managing Systems

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) studies or equivalent
  • Experience in Windows Desktop advanced administration, including solving issues, installing software, and configuring systems
  • Networking knowledge and skills
  • Windows Server Active Directory Operations expertise
  • Microsoft 365 operation and management skills
  • Knowledge of Linux and MacOs
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service and problem-solving
  • Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable to agile development environments
