Director of Quality Assurance

**Your Mission:**
As a key member of our QA team, you'll develop and execute a company-wide QA strategy, aligned with our business objectives. You'll identify, assess, and mitigate factors affecting product quality and performance, working closely with other departments to strengthen and improve team-related processes and engineering practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute a company-wide QA strategy and plans aligned with business objectives
* Identify, assess, and mitigate factors affecting product quality and performance
* Work with other departments to strengthen and improve team-related processes and engineering practices
* Define and track key performance indicators and metrics of the department
* Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the QA teams
* Be an ambassador of every QA-related practice in the organization
* Evaluate and improve the current technological landscape and QA practices
* Implement relevant metrics to maintain product health and team performance
* Lead and manage documenting practices within the reporting teams
* Operate QA teams in a supportive and collaborative manner
* Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of team activities
* Perform other assignments of the company's senior management

**Requirements:**
* 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, quality control, or testing
* At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in a QA environment
* Familiarity with SDLC and best practices of Software Development and QA Processes
* Agile Methodologies
* Project Management tools such as Atlassian Jira
* Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
* Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
**Nice to Have:**
* Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
* Knowledge of TradingView
