About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our music operations team. As an Operational Lead, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to the team, ensuring the smooth execution of our music-related business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on operational guidance and support to the team, ensuring consistent performance and compliance.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure that team members are meeting expectations and adhering to company policies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of escalation for team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage support resources for external teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Finance, Business, Tax, and Legal, to resolve issues and address queries effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese.
