About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Lead to join our team at Amazon Digital Spain, S.L.U. as part of our Music Industry division.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on operational guidance and support to the team across multiple locations, ensuring seamless execution of processes and procedures.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure consistent performance and compliance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of escalation for team members, providing guidance and support to resolve complex issues.
- Manage support resources for external teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve issues and address queries effectively, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and analysis to drive efficiency and productivity gains.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
- Previous experience managing a team, with a strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish, with proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
