About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a Norwegian-speaking professional, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels.

Your Mission
  • Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media, showcasing your excellent communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Solve problems and delight customers by offering solutions and making them feel valued and understood.
  • Collaborate closely with our team, including Team Leaders, Managers, and the Customer Success Team, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Juggle multiple projects and manage different timelines with ease, demonstrating your organizational skills and adaptability.

What We're Looking For
  • A multilingual superstar with fluent Norwegian and English skills, with bonus points for speaking additional languages.
  • Experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role, with at least a year of experience.
