Job Squad is seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Client Renewal Specialist to join our team. As a Client Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for handling and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients during the renewal process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
  • Effectively turn renewal leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, such as BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Understand customers' current license position at the company, leading with cloud technologies to secure customer wins and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support the renewal process by engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time.
  • Address competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Leverage various environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.

Requirements

  • You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Working experience selling cloud solutions, such as Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365, is preferred.
  • Sales/customer service relationship background, telephone experience, and computer handling skills are required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, and strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
