Estamos buscando un/a Service Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo de especialistas en Servicios Gestionados en España. El/a candidato/a ideal debe tener experiencia en la gestión de proyectos o servicios en ERP y/o CRM, y ser capaz de velar por la satisfacción global del servicio y la calidad del mismo.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsable de la gestión de contratación de servicios de clientes
  • Responsable de velar por la satisfacción global del servicio
  • Responsable de velar por la calidad del servicio
  • Realización de seguimiento de los niveles de servicio acordados
  • Realización de reuniones de presentación, seguimientos periódicos y comités
  • Responsable de la gestión de riesgos

Requisitos

  • 4 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos o gestión de servicios en ERP y/o CRM
  • Experiencia en tecnología Microsoft: ERPs o CRMs como consultor y/o jefatura de proyecto
  • Experiencia en gestión de clientes en consultoría de alto nivel
  • Experiencia en clientes internacionales
  • Titulación Superior en ingeniería
  • Ingles profesional
