As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling client inquiries, basic technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and phone app in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling client inquiries and providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding our diverse range of products and services.
* Assisting customers via calls and emails with inquiries, complaints, and problem resolutions about their cards, accounts, payment status, fraud, and other related issues.
* Documenting all customer interactions meticulously, maintaining detailed and accurate records for future reference.
* Collaborating effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to streamline processes and deliver seamless customer service.
