Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Business Development Lead to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our EMEA sales team, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategic plan for our commercial segment in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive net new business, customer winback, and cross/up-sell motions across EMEA.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key prospects, including C-level and senior management executives.
- Manage the local execution of EMEA-wide initiatives for each strategic program or market segment initiative.
- Support key partnerships in EMEA to drive new commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes in line with Arrow Countries.
- Provide sales leadership and management to Regional VPs, Country Managers, and Business Unit Leaders in their daily business.
- Work closely with internal departments and countries within Arrow ECS EMEA to achieve financial and business goals.
- Virtual management of in-country Business Developers to drive commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing executives to design and develop sales campaigns targeting commercial customer whitespace.
- Develop sales plays to ensure continued adoption of Symantec products by commercial customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience, managing customer relationships, processes, and programs, and/or sales personnel within the IT industry, with a focus on Network & Security.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, including setting business expectations and objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with marketing to maximize the effectiveness of Go-to-Market programs.
- Leadership abilities, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Fluent in English and ideally another large European language (written and verbal).
