Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Business Development Lead to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our EMEA sales team, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategic plan for our commercial segment in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive net new business, customer winback, and cross/up-sell motions across EMEA.
  2. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key prospects, including C-level and senior management executives.
  3. Manage the local execution of EMEA-wide initiatives for each strategic program or market segment initiative.
  4. Support key partnerships in EMEA to drive new commercial opportunities.
  5. Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes in line with Arrow Countries.
  6. Provide sales leadership and management to Regional VPs, Country Managers, and Business Unit Leaders in their daily business.
  7. Work closely with internal departments and countries within Arrow ECS EMEA to achieve financial and business goals.
  8. Virtual management of in-country Business Developers to drive commercial opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with marketing executives to design and develop sales campaigns targeting commercial customer whitespace.
  10. Develop sales plays to ensure continued adoption of Symantec products by commercial customers.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience, managing customer relationships, processes, and programs, and/or sales personnel within the IT industry, with a focus on Network & Security.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, including setting business expectations and objectives.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with marketing to maximize the effectiveness of Go-to-Market programs.
  4. Leadership abilities, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work in a matrix organization.
  6. Fluent in English and ideally another large European language (written and verbal).
