About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our team at Reconocida Empresa. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses
- Support project work, including coordination and documentation
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Handle inventory and invoicing tasks
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in an international environment, preferably in IT or Cybersecurity
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new tools and methods
- Negotiation level of English required; German is a plus
