About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our team at Reconocida Empresa. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses
  • Support project work, including coordination and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Handle inventory and invoicing tasks

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in an international environment, preferably in IT or Cybersecurity
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new tools and methods
  • Negotiation level of English required; German is a plus
