**Job Summary**
The Administrative Coordinator will provide critical support to the Career Development Center at Iese Business School, ensuring the smooth operation of all activities and events. This role involves working closely with companies and students worldwide, reporting directly to Associate Directors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support with internal technical platforms, departmental mailboxes, data reports, event organization, and liaison with other departments.
- Manage the job platform, including approving new companies, inserting job postings, managing deadlines, generating CV books, and providing feedback to companies.
- Take ownership and coordinate online and on-campus activities, ensuring seamless execution of events.
- Organize events, including scheduling, publishing, logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
- Serve as a liaison between students, companies, and Iese Business School, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist Associate Directors in finding new companies recruiting on campus and establishing contact via email and phone.
- Produce documents and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
**Requirements:**
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
