About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at The Good Food Institute Europe. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and report preparation.
  • Support the team with ongoing administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, department gatherings, and equipment purchases.
  • Manage the team's central email inbox, responding to general enquiries and logging interactions as needed.
  • Coordinate internal initiatives and projects, including the launch and maintenance of a recurring internal newsletter.
  • Work in partnership with colleagues to implement systems that facilitate easier administration and improve team efficiency.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an administrative or operational function, ideally within a remote or hybrid context.
  • Good organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in English, particularly written, with the ability to provide clear and concise updates to the team and stakeholders.
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Openness to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with an affinity for maintaining a welcoming and supportive culture.
