Associate Director, Local Compliance Officer Spain

About the Role:
As a seasoned Compliance professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring Teva's compliance with local regulations and industry codes in Spain. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising management and stakeholders on compliance matters, developing and implementing policies and processes, and conducting assessments and internal investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on compliance and regulatory matters to management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures to ensure Teva's operations in Spain are in line with local regulations and industry codes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and internal investigations to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Manage and develop training programs to ensure compliance awareness and understanding among Teva's employees in Spain.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a Compliance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Compliance, Law, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Excellent knowledge of local regulations and industry codes in Spain, as well as a good understanding of corporate compliance topics, including anti-corruption and anti-bribery.
- Strong business acumen and extensive knowledge of the Spanish pharmaceutical industry, including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and related regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team environment.
- Fluency in Spanish (speaking and writing) and good proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
Travel Requirements:
Business travel may be required less than 10% of the time.
