About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dutch Sales Representative to join our team at Recruit4Work Sl. As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in catering to our valued Dutch clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, providing accurate and detailed information about our client's services and facilities.
  • Providing Information and Assistance: Offer knowledgeable support to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions about our client's offerings.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services or upgrades to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Processing Bookings and Reservations: Process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
  • Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints in a prompt and professional manner, seeking resolutions that meet their needs.
  • Following Up on Leads: Contact prospective customers who have expressed interest in our client's services, with the aim of converting them into paying customers.
  • Maintaining Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, and complaints.
Requirements
  • High Proficiency in Dutch: C2 level proficiency in Dutch is required.
  • Thoroughness, Autonomy, and Interpersonal Skills: Possess thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills to excel in this role.
  • Initial Sales Experience: At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience is necessary.
  • Commercial Skills and Positive Attitude: Demonstrate solid commercial skills and a positive attitude, with a dynamic and team-oriented approach.
