We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Cluster Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating the sales strategy for our managers and sales professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Performance Management: Analyze and present performance and forecast figures to stakeholders
  • Engage and manage various stakeholders, including sales professionals and business leaders
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business to optimize operational efficiency and improve processes
  • Monitor and develop the performance of operational teams
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team managers to achieve targets and KPIs

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 12 months of experience as a Team Manager or similar role
  • Consistent QoQ winning attitude, strong people orientation, and structured strategy
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent level of English
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment
