**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Cluster Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating the sales strategy for our managers and sales professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Performance Management: Analyze and present performance and forecast figures to stakeholders
- Engage and manage various stakeholders, including sales professionals and business leaders
- Collaborate with the Head of Business to optimize operational efficiency and improve processes
- Monitor and develop the performance of operational teams
- Provide guidance and coaching to team managers to achieve targets and KPIs
**Requirements**
- Minimum 12 months of experience as a Team Manager or similar role
- Consistent QoQ winning attitude, strong people orientation, and structured strategy
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent level of English
- Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment
