We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Manager to join our team at Syneos Health, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving strategy to identify and engage with accounts that are either potential new business opportunities or require ongoing nurturing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Analyze complex account and industry activity to develop plans for a portfolio of accounts for specific market segments to drive engagement.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Initiate and manage effective relationships with active and prospect clients to determine near and future clinical development needs.
- Deliver Business Results: Achieve or exceed assigned sales objectives and deliver the Company's messaging on differentiators, effectively communicating this to clients.
- Manage and Analyze Data: Document and monitor progress in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and generate and analyze reports to manage Account Development metrics and KPIs.
- Education: BA/BS degree in a biological science, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 2-5 years of Inside Sales experience, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship development and management, predominantly via phone.
- Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential (German is a plus), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and CRM skills in managing a customer relationship database beneficial.
