About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team at Adragos Pharma. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating detailed project planning, aligning customer expectations, project scope, cost budgets, and managing risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage SAP projects, identifying risks and issues in advance, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain effective project performance management systems, ensuring execution across projects.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, guiding project teams to execute effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to our SAP standard across all projects and implementations.
  • Provide expert support to key users and team members, ensuring successful completion of projects and the continuous development of a stable knowledge base across all locations.
  • Ensure compliance with project management principles, processes, and standards within the organization.
  • Facilitate change management, guiding both customers and teams, and providing necessary resources and support.
  • Develop or evaluate proposed solutions during projects or pre-sale processes, leveraging SAP expertise.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience as an SAP functional/technical consultant, with an additional 2+ years in SAP project management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP products, especially SAP S/4HANA, with deep expertise in at least one, preferably multiple SAP modules.
  • Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA technical and functional migration projects.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor projects with diverse team sizes.
  • Proven project management skills preferred with certifications like PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and SAP BTP.
  • Strong management and hands-on skills, excellent communication, cultural and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in virtual/remote project environments.
