• Oversee meticulous project planning, ensuring alignment of client expectations, project scope, financial plans, and risk management.
• Supervise and direct SAP initiatives, proactively identifying potential risks and issues, and executing corrective measures.
• Develop and uphold effective project performance management frameworks, guaranteeing consistent execution across various projects.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, leading project teams to achieve effective and efficient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with our SAP standards throughout all projects and implementations.
• Offer expert guidance to key users and team members, facilitating not only the successful delivery of projects but also the ongoing development and reinforcement of a robust knowledge base across all locations.
• Maintain adherence to project management principles, processes, and standards within the organization.
• Drive change management initiatives, supporting both clients and teams with necessary resources and guidance.
• Assess or develop proposed solutions during project phases or pre-sales activities, utilizing SAP expertise.
- 8-10 years of experience as an SAP functional/technical consultant, with an additional 2+ years in SAP project management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP products, particularly SAP S/4HANA, with significant expertise in at least one, preferably multiple SAP modules.
- Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA technical and functional migration projects.
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor projects with diverse team sizes.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, preferably with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and SAP BTP.
- Strong leadership and practical skills, with excellent communication, cultural, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of working effectively in virtual or remote project environments.
