As a SAP Finance Project Manager at Taxera, you will oversee crucial projects and client relationships. We are looking for a candidate eager to grow with our company and contribute significantly to the development of our platform and the future of Taxera. You will be part of a team of skilled professionals, where your career growth is encouraged through challenging projects, impactful initiatives, and extensive learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Define and execute projects at international and regional levels, managing various project phases, resources, stakeholders in both business and IT, and project risks.
- Business-IT Balance: Analyze business requirements, effectively translate business needs into IT requirements, collaborate with suppliers and IT development, and oversee IT testing of solutions.
- This position is a blend of IT project management and functional expertise in Finance/Tax, requiring a strong ability to balance IT and business needs. We are looking for a candidate who possesses both a solid understanding of finance and tax principles and the ability to translate these into effective IT solutions.
- Project Leadership: Spearhead comprehensive projects for the implementation of the Taxera platform, both for global clients and internally, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Best Practices and Methodologies: Implement industry-leading project management practices, including risk management, resource allocation, and project tracking.
- SAP Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of SAP systems to guide decisions on the Taxera platform's configuration, customization, and projects with Clients.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: Consistently update management, stakeholders, and project teams on program status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Project Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of significant or strategic projects from initiation to completion, focusing on opportunity management and closing.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction, aiming to establish positive customer references and success stories.
- Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, contribute to knowledge bases, and share insights and learnings with the project management community.
- At least 8 years' hands-on experience as SAP Finance Project Manager.
- Solid understanding of IT Finance principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication skills, and the ability to drive innovative solutions in a dynamic, global environment.
- Fluent English is required.
- Based in the Spain region. (Remote work is welcomed but at least once a month on site)
