About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Product Manager to join our team at Sumsub. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and overseeing our billing and payments solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, finance, and sales, to define and drive the product roadmap.
  2. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, track development progress, and ensure alignment and progress.
  3. Client Support: Assist the support team in answering client questions and resolving issues.
  4. Product Requirements Definition: Define product requirements and create detailed user stories.
  5. Technical Translation: Translate financial team requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers.
  6. Change Notification: Inform and notify the financial team about billing product changes from the technical team and their potential impact.
About You
  1. Product Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on back-office and internal products.
  2. Technical Understanding: A solid technical understanding, including the ability to comprehend API documentation.
  3. Billing Systems Knowledge: Understanding of billing systems and basic financial accounting principles.
  4. Integration Experience: Experience in B2B billing development, familiarity with Xero system, and experience integrating various systems.
  5. Regulatory Frameworks: Familiarity with AML, KYC, CFT, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  6. Analytics Skills: Basic analytics skills (SQL), with additional analytics experience being a plus.
  7. Language Skills: Great command of the English language.
