Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AR Billing Analyst to join our team at Page Personnel. As an AR Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring debt collection with clients, performing daily accounting control of customer payments, and reconciling payments with invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Debt Collection and Cash Flow Management: Monitor debt collection with clients via email and phone contact, and actively participate in cash flow forecasts for group companies.
  2. Accounting and Reconciliation: Perform daily accounting control of customer payments in the group's ERPs, reconcile payments with invoices, and review draft invoices/refunds.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports related to the financial area of clients, including internal control reports (SOX) and KPIs, and provide concise and high-quality information to stakeholders.
  4. Team Collaboration and Communication: Regularly communicate with various stakeholders within the group, offer improvements to the AR manager and the organization, and coordinate with legal entities to maximize client collections.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: At least two years of experience in the Collections or Billing department, performing tasks similar to those described above.
  2. Technical Skills: Experience in using accounts receivable modules in ERPs and electronic invoicing platforms such as Tungsten, Ariba, Naturgy, and Facturae.
  3. Education and Training: Vocational training (FP) or higher related to the described functions.
  4. Language Skills: English B2. Fluency in German, Dutch, or French will be highly valued.
