About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Feverup. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the calculation of customer's contract settlements and services in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain invoices in our internal portal and also generate any related government invoices
  • Record transactions, ensuring they are correct and accurate
  • Partner Onboarding based on new contracts and contracts adjustments
  • Continuous contact with different departments inside Feverup to coordinate and execute the contract terms
  • Tax calculation and validation; Ad-hoc Sales reports; Invoices reconciliation upon customer request
  • Daily support to the commercial team regarding billing processes, invoice status, etc.
  • Support in accounting entries and any other internal workflows related to Invoicing

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 2 years
  • English level: minimum C1
  • Spanish, German or Portuguese are desirable
  • Education: University or Master degree
  • Finance and Billing background
  • Skills: MySQL, Basic Accounting Principles (GAAP), Advanced Google Sheets
  • ERP experience is desirable
