About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Product Manager to join our team at Sumsub. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and overseeing our billing and payments solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, finance, and sales, to define the product roadmap and drive execution.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, tracking the development process to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Work closely with the support team to answer client questions and provide timely support.
  • Define product requirements and create detailed user stories to ensure seamless product development.
  • Translate financial team requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers.
  • Inform and notify the financial team about billing product changes from the technical team and their potential impact.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience with back-office and internal products.
  • Solid technical understanding, including the ability to comprehend API documentation.
  • Understanding of billing systems and basic financial accounting principles.
  • Experience in B2B billing development, familiarity with Xero system, experience integrating various systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AML, KYC, CFT, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Basic analytics skills (SQL), with additional analytics experience being a plus.
  • Great command of the English language.
