About the Role

SITA, a leading specialist in air transport communications and information technology, is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Product Manager to join our dynamic Value Added Services Product Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth of our assigned products in line with SITA's strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand market trends and customer needs to articulate and document the product vision strategy for the Communications and Data Exchange business unit.
  • Select partners and vendors to collaborate with to establish and implement an effective channel 'go to market' strategy for the products.
  • Support bid management processes and pre-sales customer interactions to drive the successful acquisition and retention of customers.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap throughout the lifecycle from conception to retirement, covering the quote to bill chain on ordering, installation, field services, management, monitoring, support, and billing.
  • Propose product investments and define a pricing strategy for the product(s) to ensure the product is profitable by controlling the cost and the allocation of revenue.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven success in product management.
  • Knowledge of aviation and travel industries and economic drivers is a plus.
  • Innovation skills and a track record in defining market requirements and functional specifications.
  • Good knowledge of Product Management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
  • Drive for results and action-oriented.
  • Ability to translate solutions understanding into a compelling story for customers.
  • A track record of delivering results in Product Management in a global business environment and within a technology solutions-based business.
  • Capability of leading and influencing virtual teams focused on delivery and support within an international environment.
