About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Amazon Alexa team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching Amazon Echo devices in Spain, enhancing the overall Alexa experience, and designing new features that will delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch Amazon Echo Devices: You will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of Amazon Echo devices in Spain, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.
  • Enhance the Alexa Experience: You will identify opportunities to improve the Alexa experience, from addressing customer pain points to enhancing existing features.
  • Design New Features: You will work with the Spain country team to develop new features and ideas, running User Experience (UX) studies and correlating data insights to inform your decisions.
  • Localize Global Features: You will contribute to the design process for localizing global features in Spain, ensuring the product feels truly local.
A Day in the Life

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new and innovative ideas to improve the Alexa product for a large customer base.
  • Navigating complex data sets to generate insights and formulate a target vision.
  • Working closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market.
  • Staying up-to-date with the technical backbone of Alexa and other relevant areas.
Requirements
  • Experience: You must have experience in product management, working with tech teams, UX design, and localization of products.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish language and culture is a hard requirement for this position.
  • Education: You must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualifications: A Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Design, or other relevant areas, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience with generative AI and LLMs.
