Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, finance, and sales, to define the product roadmap and drive execution.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, tracking the development process to ensure alignment and progress.
- Work closely with the support team to answer client questions and provide timely support.
- Define product requirements and create detailed user stories to ensure seamless product development.
- Translate financial team requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers.
- Inform and notify the financial team about billing product changes from the technical team and their potential impact.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management.
- Experience with back-office and internal products.
- Solid technical understanding, including the ability to comprehend API documentation.
- Understanding of billing systems and basic financial accounting principles.
- Experience in B2B billing development, familiarity with Xero system, experience integrating various systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, CFT, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Basic analytics skills (SQL), with additional analytics experience being a plus.
- Great command of the English language.
