Job Summary

In this role as an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including talent acquisition, training, and document generation for our network of rental stations. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics, ensuring the HR department's operations run smoothly and effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes for internal and external roles, ensuring a high volume of qualified candidates.
  • Employee Onboarding and Development: Oversee employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Support: Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves, opportunities for development, data changes requests, and more, in a timely and professional manner.
  • HR Programs and Initiatives: Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace where issues are tackled rapidly, and employee satisfaction is high.
  • Performance Management: Undertake tasks around performance management, including gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics.
  • Employee Records and Data: Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Produce and submit reports on general HR activity as needed, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support with budget monitoring and payroll, as well as enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with 3+ years of experience working as a HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes with high volumes.
  • Managed employees and managers' queries on a regular basis.
  • Worked on keeping and assessing the accuracy of the information sitting in the HRIS tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude.
  • Team player.
  • Good reporting and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR procedures and policies as well as Labor regulations.
  • Skilled in MS Office, HRIS systems (Workday is a plus), and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
