Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Vorwerk IT Services Iberica S.L.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business processes across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity
- Identify opportunities for the integration of new technologies and best practices to drive business growth
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels for Business Process Alignment
- Develop and maintain the Management by Processes framework and methodology, providing templates, tools, and methods
- Monitor and report on process performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Deliver Process Governance Framework and process training curriculum
- Provide guidance and consult cross-functional teams in process design and execution
- Responsibility for the training and development of the process teams
- Preparation and moderation of the process committees, e.g., Steering Committee
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or a similar qualification
- Preferably 1-2 years of professional experience in process management area
- Experience or basic knowledge in process management or a willingness to familiarize oneself with this area (knowledge of best practices and of process optimization)
- Solid knowledge in IT tools: Understanding of the IT systems and infrastructure supporting business processes; Familiarity with software, networks, and databases and data management principles and practices
- Confident interaction at senior management level and in political and complex situations
- Fluent in English (business level)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, independent, and thorough work methods
