**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and determine the feasibility of innovation projects.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure a clear understanding of market trends and IT supplier offerings.
- Drive the implementation of major functional projects, including new system functionality and business process redesign.
- Provide cost estimates, project resource planning, and timelines.
- Manage functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit/gap analysis, configuration, unit and integration testing, and data migration.
- Ensure system integrity and performance, and validate solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation.
- Act as a senior business consultant, providing expertise on business processes and system functionality.
