Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Manager to join our team at JTI. As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements
- Design and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively
- Monitor and analyze process metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
- University degree in Computer Science or Technical Science, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in process improvement and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
