About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team at JTI - Japan Tobacco International. As a key member of our Business Technology Services (BTS) group, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and digitalization across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify critical business requirements and determine the feasibility of innovation solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Lead the implementation of major functional projects/initiatives, including new system functionality and business process redesign.
- Provide estimates on costs, project resources planning, and timelines.
- Manage functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit/gap and configuration, unit and integration testing, data migration.
- Ensure system integrity and performance.
- Validate solutions and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.
- Act as a senior business consultant, providing expertise on business processes and system functionality.
- Develop relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and priorities, and deliver timely and quality solutions.
- Be responsible for defining the innovation and digitalization program in the Finance performance area, staying up-to-date with AI concepts, Machine Learning, Robotics, and other solutions.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis applications environment.
- Knowledgeable of SAP FI S4, BW, BPC, SAC in a global and multicultural environment.
- Business experience in related areas is required.
- Project management experience.
- Proven experience in bringing innovation to the business, external insights, and new technologies.
- 5+ years of people management working experience.
