We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager Iberia to join our team at Profoto, a leading company in light-shaping technology. As a Sales Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving quarterly sales targets in the Iberian market.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow business in the Iberian region, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts in a multi-channel environment, ensuring effective communication and delivery of sales results.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on a quarterly basis, ensuring timely and transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Event Management: Plan and execute profitable events and track performance through the Profoto event tracker, ensuring maximum ROI with allocated marketing budgets.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, cooperation partners, and B2B dealers, ensuring effective collaboration and sales growth.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a multi-channel sales environment.
- Skills: Proven experience in both direct and indirect sales/marketing, excellent communication skills in English, and Spanish at a native level.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to work and deliver results in a rapidly changing environment, strong negotiation skills with key accounts, and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
