Job Overview

The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations, is instrumental in driving the success of our commercial sales division. In conjunction with senior commercial leadership, this role is dedicated to ensuring that our revenue teams are strategically aligned to meet our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Work in close partnership with Global Sales Leadership to achieve growth objectives and foster collaboration across departments to ensure coherence in both new business and account management strategies. Establish and maintain a consistent operational framework across all revenue-impacting functions, concentrating on improving business health through processes such as forecast precision, pipeline oversight, and data integrity. Support the capacity planning process, which includes productivity analysis, territory allocation, headcount distribution, and the definition of roles and responsibilities. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the global sales structure and team, ensuring it is effectively positioned to execute our strategic initiatives. Proactively monitor and maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's annual planning efforts. Define essential metrics and performance dashboards in collaboration with the reporting team. Create and implement processes, manage change, and enhance operational efficiencies within the go-to-market organization. Assist with executive tasks, including Executive Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic planning, and other relevant activities as needed.

Candidate Profile

Ideal Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, and/or Sales Leadership roles within B2B environments, with a strong preference for experience in the payments sector. Proven ability as a people leader, adept at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to surpass performance expectations. Skilled in leading through influence, effectively collaborating with organizational leadership across various departments including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and the Executive Team. Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives, establishing cohesive tools, and developing methods to measure and systematize revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for internal teams and clients. Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, exhibiting a high level of autonomy. Possesses the ability to foster productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels. Excellent communication skills, particularly in interactions with executive-level stakeholders.
