Job Title: Senior Vice President of Client Success

At CLevelCrossing, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Client Success to lead our Global Client Success team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization and drive business growth through exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of Client Success leaders and associates to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Client Success strategy to drive business growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client relationships and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor business performance and operating results to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and client success.
  • Strong executive presence, with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and results-driven culture.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, with a strong ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement, with a focus on industry best practices and continuous learning.
