We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Service Expert to join our international team at Schwarz Dienstleistung. As a key member of our Service & Support department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR Systems, particularly in the SAP HCM & Success Factors platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Support HR Keyusers and HR Business Solutions Experts from Lidl, Kaufland, and other companies in the Schwarz Group with troubleshooting and error resolution.
- Prioritize, analyze, document, and process incoming error tickets to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions to HR Systems.
- Collaborate closely with specialist departments and internal and external development teams to drive continuous process optimization and improvement.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to local support departments to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Proactively manage and resolve issues to prevent long-term disruptions to HR Systems.
- University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Professional experience in support tasks or IT projects, with a strong background in SAP HCM.
- Fluent English and German language skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team.
- Results-oriented, with a 'can-do' attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
