About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our HR & Travel Expenses team at TUI Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to the Technology Team Leader and contributing to the implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and standardization of business processes and systems.
  • Focus on technical aspects of projects, including payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination with development work.
  • Ensure issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring integration with other processes and teams.
  • Manage operational relationships with external development and service providers, including planning, execution, and quality control.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in SAP HCM, including experience with payroll runs, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of SAP HCM customization, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, organizational management, and self-service portal.

As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of applying SAP Notes, including semi-annual legal change packages and SAP Note issues and new legal requirements. You should also have a deep technical knowledge of SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and ABAP/4 programming.
